Volunteers in Medicine (VIM) San Diego is a nonprofit medical clinic serving low-income, uninsured residents of San Diego County, California. We provide free medical services to help you and your family stay healthy - no insurance required.

We do this by engaging volunteer doctors, nurses, therapists, pharmacists, interpreters, and other community members who have a passion for our mission and demonstrate the culture of caring and kindness on which the VIM Clinic was founded.
