Medi-Cal Enrollment Support

SURVIVORS' Medical Case Management program helps survivors access timely, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed healthcare so they can begin healing and rebuilding their lives. Our team works closely with survivors to navigate the healthcare system, coordinate medical and mental health services, and overcome barriers such as language access, transportation, and understanding treatment plans. We provide individualized support to ensure continuity of care and advocate for survivors’ health needs across providers.

Medi-Cal Services Covers Adults and Children, including:
  • Doctors Visits

  • Vision care and glasses

  • Specialist appointments

  • Prescription drugs

  • Hearing Aids

  • Dental care

  • Medical supplies

  • In-home care

  • Transportation

  • And more!

SURVIVORS is here to help.
