At URCC, we believe that mental health care should be accessible to everyone, regardless of background or financial barriers. Our Therapy for ALL (TFA) program is dedicated to serving San Diego County’s historically marginalized communities, providing no-cost or low-cost mental health and case management services. By connecting clients with Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) mental health providers, we aim to foster healing, increase mental health awareness, and build an intergenerational legacy of wellness within our communities.
