People who are homeless, recently homeless, or are at risk of experiencing homelessness

The Village Health Center is dedicated to serving individuals currently experiencing homelessness, individuals who were recently homeless and individuals who are at-risk of homelessness. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we see patients regardless of ability to pay or insurance status.

Services include primary care, dental care, behavioral health care, psychiatry, addiction treatment and more. Please speak to one of our medical professionals about how we can best serve you.
