African Coalition Workforce was founded in late 2010 by Sadad Ali and its mission is to foster economic growth and self-sufficiency for African refugees, immigrants, and San Diego residents who lack the basic skill’s to access mainstream opportunities by providing employment services, financial empowerment, and youth leadership.

To create and implement programs that will bring about economic self-sufficiency through either employment or self-employment for African refugees, immigrants, and youth who are either unemployed, or underemployed, or are looking for viable opportunities. We focus on job development, family strengthening and asset building.
