Men's Therapy Group Overview
This therapy group is designed to provide a supportive environment for men to process various aspects of their lives, including trauma, cultural identity, and the challenges of navigating systems in the U.S. It aims to foster understanding and healing among participants who may be newcomers or facing unique life experiences.
